    Biography

“As a teenager, I was told I could argue with a fencepost. For the most part, that was true.” During his undergrad studies at Baylor University, David made it his mission to turn his natural gift for debate into a career as an attorney for those who need representation most. His talent for debate and trial advocacy were soon honed during his time at South Texas College of Law, where he received top honors and recognition in many state, national, and international mock trial and moot court competitions.

Since graduating from South Texas College of Law, Attorney Valetutto pledged himself as a committed lawyer for clients battling against corporate wrongdoers and insurance companies. Over the years, he has successfully represented individuals and families in a range of matters, including those involving serious auto accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, sexual harassment, toxic exposure, and more.

Before joining Stern Law Group, David earned a number of successful results and a solid reputation working at nationally recognized trial law firms. Among his successes, David has recovered over $100 million in compensation for his clients, and has represented them in trial and appellate courts across the country, including court battles against some of the largest companies in the world.

When not practicing law for his clients, David spends time with his wife Danielle, their two wonderful boys, and their Lab named Scout. A resident of Spring, David is a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church, where he is active is the community and takes time to couch his boys in youth baseball and soccer.
